Newcomer Welcome!

Welcome to Grace Episcopal Church – we will return to church as soon as we can.  Right now, our doors are closed, due to the pandemic.

A warm welcome to you from the clergy, staff and parishioners of Grace Church. We are a vibrant faith community and invite you to come be among us.

Steps You Can Take to Get to Know Us

Join us for Worship. Sunday mornings are a great way to experience our faith community. If you are comfortable doing so, introduce yourself to one of our greeters. Our worship schedule includes 8:00 am (Rite I Holy Eucharist, traditional language, no music), 9:30 Children’s Church (in the chapel) and 10:15 (Rite II Holy Eucharist, contemporary language, music) on a typical Sunday and 10:00 am Holy Eucharist on Wednesdays in the chapel. For a listing of all of our service times, please look at the column to your right.  For changes due to particular liturgical seasons, click here.

Fill out a Visitor Card so we can get to know you. You’ll find visitor cards in the racks in the pews, which you can drop in the offertory plate or hand to a clergy member or greeter on Sundays.

Stay for the Snacks. After our services, join us for coffee and conversation in Tubbs Hall, straight back from the sanctuary and up a few steps (and also accessible by elevator). If you need assistance, feel free to ask. Someone will be more than happy to help you find your way.

Browse Grace Notes. Each week, we send out a brief newsletter filled with interesting things happening in and around the church. Grace Notes is a great way to learn about our activities and how to make contact with people, so you can get involved whenever you like.

Call, email, or stop by during office hours weekday mornings from 9 – 12:30. You can find the office to the right of the church entrance. You’re also welcome to call to make an appointment (207-443-3792) or email or

Know that you are welcomed, invited to join us for worship and parish activities, and that we’d love to hear from you.
