Grace Church staff includes a deacon, a church administrator, an organist/choir director, and two sextons. Parishioners come from Bath and the bordering towns of West Bath, Phippsburg, and Woolwich. Many also come from Brunswick, Topsham, Harpswell, Dresden, Georgetown, Bowdoinham, Arrowsic, Wiscasset, and Sabbattus.  The congregation includes more retired people than those between the ages 25 to 50 years.
